Navy Housing — Survey Campaign
Helping sailors and their families make their voices heard through a coordinated campaign for the Navy’s housing satisfaction survey. My approach paired photography of everyday military life with clear messaging and purposeful design to make the survey feel relevant to the people it served. Posters, flyers, and social ads carried a consistent visual identity across placements, encouraging participation from sailors in family and unaccompanied housing.
The survey reached more than 100,000 sailors and received its highest response in 15 years. The campaign supported that effort by making the opportunity to provide feedback visible, approachable, and easy to understand. Following the campaign’s success, the client returned to work with me on the following year’s survey.
